Hi All
My wife is applying for a perm visa and has added my name and indicated that I will be accompanying her. Both of us are on H1B visas and working in US. Since my H1B expires soon, it makes more sense for her to apply rather than I applying. I wanted to check if we get the perm visa, is it possible that first I move to Canada and then on a later date she will move even though she is the primary applicant ? Will the perm visa be for both of us separately ?
Request you to pls guide and Thanks for all the help

(in reply to: Spouse application) United you will stand
divided you will fall apart
Accompanying and dependents must stick to the host.

Time to Sponsor my American Wife (in reply to: Spouse application) My wife has been living "in sin" with me for about 5 years and it is about time I legally sponsored her. At first I was having personal financial difficulties but she has helped me start my own landscaping business and now I can even afford the money for the fees :-)
I have not filed back taxes for several years. What back taxes will I need to file in order to sponsor her? My business is still small and I do not make a lot of income, but I have not had any problem providing her needs and she is happy and we own our own home, but I am behind on a couple of credit cards. Does debt prevent one from sponsoring their live-in wife?

(in reply to: Spouse application) debt does not - but bankrupcty does.
