| Subject: advice regarding pcc |

Hello friend´s
I have apllied under spouse sponshorship .I got my AOR from buffalo on dec 22.They have started processing on dec 20.I have submitted my all documents(PCC from India,FBI certificate ,Local police certificate ).I am reading this forum regular.Do i need to get again PCC from india again.If yes then how to get it from New York.

Get the PCC from Indian Consulate... it is as good as the PCC from India...
The Consulate make the query for you in India at the place where the passport was issued. The results of your "no record" will be sent to the Consulate and the Consulate will give you a certificate for "no record"
The Canadian consulate is well aware about this proceedure so you should have no problems in this matter...
