  Hello!

I have the PR and am a non principal applicant ( dependent ) and hold a job in Canada. My husband the principal applicant also has a PR but is currently living outside of canada.

If you declared the child and most important if the child was examined the answer is yes. Income is not really an issue.

In the other hand, if you didn´t declare your child, you will never be able to sponsor him/her and CBSA may come after your Permanent Resident status for misrepresentation.
