Hi,
Please help me. I need to cancel PR application of my spouse as I had serious financial problems and I cannot afford her.
She is india and her immigration application is in process. Please advise how can I cancel PR application.

how can it be cheaper to live in 2 countries instead of 1.

Hello Sharon,
No there is a obligation for 3 years that she can´t apply for social assistance and I failed to find permanent job in Canada. doing contract jobs and cannot make emough money.

It is true you have a financial obligation for 3 years to look after your wife when she arrives. She has not arrived yet and you are assuming you will not find a job.
what are you doing for money? will she not be willing to work when she arrives?
usually the idea is that when you marry someone you do everything you can to be together.
If you really want to cancel your sponsorship, send CIC a registered letter to withdraw the application. Then consider a divorce.
