2 years ago hubbie was deported for false ID documents, ...also failed refugee claim
How and what can we do to bring him back. I love him.
Can we hire a consultant to do that and bring him back to me.

I would suggest you consider moving to live with him - he has pretty much blown his chances with Canada.

hey lovegirl!!
i know a family friend who was living here in canada was deported for having false id documents, his wife started doing the sponsorship papers,because his wife was having hard time financially he decided to come back bought a false passport and entered canada and then was deported because some people in the building call CBSA about another guy who was living with them ,so went back home and now is here, he got his passport stamped 8 months after he left, and now has his pr card, some people can say whatever but i know its possible, dont know of the steps his lawyers did but they did it.
and sharon dont tell me you have never lied in your life???

I always ask the question - if I guy is willing to lie about identity - what else is he willing to lie about - that he loves me? that he was single when he married me? that he does not have a criminal record? Our lovergirl would not be the first person to love a guy that is simply using her to gain a passport.
CIC does not believe in forgiveness and in this situation, they are the only ones that count.
Do you actually think CIC is going to look at a sponsorship application that has false documents and a failed refugee claim and consider it legitimate?

not everyone here in canada is looking for someone stupid to get the pr, their is some real loving people that will do anything for their families, like this couple they know is other for a long time they have kids together and he did whatever he felt he had to do in order to be with his family and be able to provide for them, she knew about the false documents,they went into alot of trouble to be reunited,now he is here, i dont know how his lawyers did it but he is here.
sharon just one question have you ever lived outside canada? because life here is hard imagine outside when you earned the necessary to eat.
and i think lovegirl was aware of hubby´s false id´s she didnt mention that she wasnt.

well Kika, I am not interested in debating the issues of love, loyalty, ethics or my residency history. You are also making some very big assumptions about what she knew and did not know. If Lovergirl knew about the fake documents - does that make her an accomplice to defraud the Canadian government? She should be very careful if she is a PR that she does not jeopardize her own status.
Let´s get back to the original question
Lovergirl should talk to a lawyer and she will need to have lots of money with her. Most people don´t have the kind of money this case will require. Even if the money is paid, there are no guarantees.
If it is truly love, I would suggest she seriously consider going and living with him. The odds of Canada letting him back into the country are microscopic.

Actually, the steps are simple, you have to meet the requirements though..... That is the tricky part.
1- He needs an ARC to return to Canada.
2- If there are any criminal records pending, additional steps are need it.
3- Submitt an outland application.
Now, CIC is going to watch this application like a hawk. It is up to both of you to prove that the relationship is genuine. If he was removed from Canada by the agency (CBSA) he has to pay back to the General Receiver of Canada the cost of his deportation as well.

why are you making this personal?
You seem to think that misrepresentation to the government of Canada is no biggie. 99% of the population would disagree with you - including the courts.
Doc has told her to make sure she is ready to prove her relationship is genuine. People write into this forum a thousand times a year saying that being pregnant is enough to prove the marriage is genuine. I am warning her in advance - pregnant won´t be proof just like loving him is not enough reason for CIC to ignore the fact that he lied.
