I am sorry ..seems my thread has caused a lot of discomfort in this forum.
sharon: do you really offer this kind of advice to everyone? or are you the kind of selective?

To All

Most refugee claimants have to be smuggled into Canada or use flase documents somwhere along their journey here.

If he maintained his false identity after arrival than like Sharon said the chance of him coming back is extremely low.

Does your reply mean you are not accepting us as your prospective clients?

Also BTW, sometimes your English confuses me and may confuse the CIC Minister. Example:

"or that you where in a Marriage of Convience"
----------------------------------------------
"use flase documents"
----------------------------
"If he maintained his false identity after arrival than like Sharon said the chance of him coming"
-----------------------------------------

Roy may not type very well but I fail to see what is confusing about the point of his comment.

I only accept clients that have a better than average chance of success! I have my successful reputation to maintain so I would not accept you as my client. Go hire someone else who promises miracles!

Lovergirl your playing a game here.

My English is lacking at 04:30 in the morning when responding about your HOBBIE! It gets worse when I´m playing Texas Holdem and trying to respond at the same time.

But you have to understand the basics and playing the innocent little chase virgin will not make any Immigration Officer think your HOBBIE is a good guy.

It is one thing to use false documents to enter Canada to make a refugee claim and a totally different issue if you maintain the claim to someone else´s name until or worse after your refugee claim is heard.

When someone (Lovergirl) hangs out with society rejects do not expect sympathy from others?

Compassion has to be common sense.

Did me make a Refugee claim stating that he is a Homosexual and now with you? What was the basis of his refugee claim?

Roy & sharon

I came to the forum seeking help for my loving HOBBIE. My HUBBIE has no criminal record ever. Why are you both coordinating attacks on my HUOBBIE?
I have read all your posts even in different forums and and for years back. You have (both) given hopes to cases which were worse than my HUOBBIE. So why are you taking this stand now? Is this because other commentators were critical of you both? why should I pay for that?

did your hubby use his false documents to applied for refugee??
because i know a few people that carries false documents live a drivers license because the drive and if they get pulled over the police doesnt know they have a warrant,so its pretty much for that and some people come her with false passports but they dont use them to get refugee status..
some people may think canada its not like other developing countries but here you can buy alot of things here from a new identity, some people charge 600$ to get you a new credit score, from judges to loans if you have a contact at the bank even if your credit is on the floor i dont say this for the sake of saying i say it because i know..brivery is a big issue that many people think of imposible here in canada.but it happens

now if you bf got refugee status with false documents i dont think its going to be easy you´ll need a very good lawyer dont hire immigration consultants.

good luck

Thanks NINA for input
But why not a consultant? I know for sure that Roy and sharon had helped a complex case, which was more complex than ours. It is not a secret. It is all over the Immigration Forums

you can go with one but you´ll have to find a good one, go for the good ones, i myself prefer a good lawyer but they charge more and roy is a good consultant but himself said he wouldnt take your case, be carefull though since their is a lot of consultants that promise the moon but at the end just are in for the money...

Thanks. I will try Roy. I know he did succeed in difficult cases. I also believe he works in liaison with the Cohen lawyers (the landlords of this forum). That is probably why he always has had the upper hand in this forum....with sharon of course. So be careful with both or you can be kicked out.
What is concerning me sometimes is Roy´s English. Typing errors at 4.30 am is not a good excuse. NINA: is Roy really a graduate?
