i have done my Bachelors in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering and Have more than 3 year of experience in Purchasing and Quality control department of an Automotive industry ( OEM ) , am i elligible in skilled worker class immigration ??

my duties matches 60 % with the duties of catagory 0111: Financial manager , even in that case i am ineligible ?
