You and your spouse have been waiting five years to have your spousal application approved? Have you retained someone to look into the matter or are you the most patient person who believes in don´t worry, be happy?
It is best to complain when you know all the facts. You should retain someone to ascertain if in fact you yourself are being investigated.
We had an approved refugee claimant waitng seven years to be Landed. It took us one call to find out who had his file and if he was being investigated which he was.
We resolved the issue and he is now landed.
The same happened with another spousal sponsorship where the sponsor had applied for citizenship the same time he applied to sponsor his second wife. They were investigating him for a Marriage of Convienance MOC and was holding up everything.

It has been 5 years that I have Sponsored my Husband but in Vain, I have not heard anything, we did submit all the documents requested, now our case in the Mississauga Office from the last 3 years.. and We are still waiting hope someone, can give me an answer , what do I have to do now? This is su frustrating, being a Canadian and still I still am waiting from the last 5 years.
Please provide me some one phone #, or e-mail where at least I can complaint.
