Subject: FD 258 from Middle East
  Does anyone know where or how I can get an FD258 hard card thingy in Kuwait? I am applying through an agency, and they said I have to get a police clearance from the US because I lived there for a while. Now, I looked in the website, and they seem to like to complicate things. Can´t I just get fingerprinted from a police station here and send it?
