Subject: New rules and old applications |
For those who applied before 2008, is there ANY hope that they will process our files??

(in reply to: New rules and old applications) yes, but it is going to be VERY SLOW. If you do not qualify under the new NOC codes, you don´t have much option but to wait it out. However, if you still qualify under the new rules, I would serious take a look at withdrawing your application and applying again BUT... MAKE SURE you still qualify

(in reply to: New rules and old applications) Neither my husband or I qualify under the new rules. We applied to Port-au-Prince in 2007, now Santo Domingo is working with our files. So, we´ll have to wait it out :(
