Hey There
i got my canada file number and now they ask me to submit other document including saudi PCC and i live in australia on student visa i went to saudi consulate in melbourene but they told me they couldnt help in this.

Do I need to provide a police certificate when applying for permanent residence?
Yes. However, certificates are available only to current and past legal residents.
How and where do I obtain one?
If you need a police certificate, your immigration processing office will give you a request letter. If you have any questions about this, please contact your immigration processing office.
If you live in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
If your application is being processed at the Canadian High Commission in London, you are not required to obtain a police certificate until the London visa office sends you a police certificate request letter with instructions on how to apply.
If you are applying at the Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you should submit the police certificate with your application. You can contact the visa office for a request letter at fax: (971 2) 694-0396 or e-mail: abu-dhabi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca Please include your immigration file number if you have one.
For applications being processed at any other office, request letters may be obtained by e‑mail: riyadh.visa@international.gc.ca or fax: 966-1-488-9657. Please include the file number, the office where you applied and your mailing address.
The police certificate request letter will be sent to you by mail. You must present this letter, along with valid identification and proof of legal residency in Saudi Arabia to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If they approve you, you must then apply for the police certificate in person at the relevant police headquarters.
If you live outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Consult the nearest Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for information on how to obtain a police certificate.
If your application is being processed in Canada, you are not required to obtain a police certificate until the Case Processing Centre sends you a police certificate request letter. Dear Sir/Madam,
I was in Riyadh working as a Staff Nurse in Riyadh Military Hospitals for the period from March 2008 to March 2010. Now that I am migrating to Canada and require a PCC.
Your help in this regard is highly appreciated.

Dear sir,
Canadian high commission asked me for saudi arabia PCC & i am resident of india & applied of canada PR. Three years before i left the saudi arabia.I was there for almost one & half years.i wrote a letter to the canadian embassy new delhi about the situation along with my passport, as required.In the reply i received a letter saying that If you live outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Consult the nearest Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for information on how to obtain a police certificate.
Now i am feeling helpless, how to get this saudi arabian PCC
while i am residing in india, Now i have 45 days left.
Please suggest me what to do now.

Dear Sir,
I am a candidate who´s immigration process are under process for a canadian visa. I worked in KSA for 4 years and my spouse worked for 9 years and left the kingdom before 6 years and staying in India at present. Now the Canadian High Commission in India is asking us to submit the pcc for the period we worked there. We already contacted the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in New Delhi and they replied us that they do not issue any pcc to the former residents and they asked us to contact the Indian Embassy in Riyadh.

write a letter to CIC, India and explain them that Saudi Arabia does not issue PCC to foreigners who are outside of Saudi Arabia.
