I have got approval from CIO for FSW. I have added my uncle (brother of my wife´s mother) as a relative in canada for relative points.
He has citizenship of canada and canadian passport since 2005. But now he is working in USA since last 1.5 year. He had submitted all income tax papers up to 2010. His elder son is studying in canada. I want to know that whether am I still eligible to get 5 points for this? He can provide me his documents of USA (like income tax and driving licence).
Should I need to provide documents of his residence in canada of last 6 months? If not what should I do?
