I just wish that when one asks for advice from anyone they take some responsibility and do some research themselves.
If one goes to the Immigration sight and click on search then google Operational Manuals the information is available to all. See http://www.cic.gc.ca/english//resources/manuals/index.asp#tphp idtphp

OR just GOOGLE
Remember this is a public forum and some Immigration or CBSA Officers may be reading here daily. So please keep any names as private as possible.
There are plenty of TROLLS who would like no one to get any assistance because of their own illogical ways or their current poor mental state. Their totally negative individuals who spout hate to get reactions.
The more detailed the posting the more detailed the answer but if you have really violated the IRPA be careful someone may use detailed information to attempt to destroy your life.
Be Wise and understand no matter who says what their are people out in cyber space that will gladly give of their time and knowledge to try and make your future just a little better.

Why do people attack others who try to assist persons unknown to them with their Immigration difficulties?
The only logical reason I can see is that they want company in their own misery. Can their lives be so terrible that they crave company. The venom that comes out of their keyboards, the hate, the personal attacks are so childish and disgusting.
There has been an individual like them on the internet who has been using the good laws of Ontario and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms to spread his comments just like Apron, Vitorelli, etc. etc. Every so often a person hiding behind their Apron or annonymous name plate attack people who come here to help others.
The amount of time it takes to reply to a question is just one or two minutes. Yet they say get a life.
The amount of time to dream up a personal attack is much longer.
A closed question is normally YES or NO with some explanation why.
An open rant is far more time consuming.

Garbage mouth individuals need to be put in their place they just love to have someone debate with them because they are such lonely individuals yet they always tell others to get a life. LOL
I know Sharon has a life, I have a life and every other good person who answers here at Canada City even DocD has a life.

It is interesting how some people take great pleasure in being rude for the sake of personal entertainment. Sure does not say a lot about their intelligence and self respect.
Hope you can take some time off during this crazy heat and find a cool lake or at least a lawn sprinkler.
