I am planning to land in Canada by Mid March. I have applied and got approval as a skilled worker cat and I am landing with my family. My question is can we land to montreal instead of Toronto? That is because the direct airlines from Egypt on lands in Montreal.
CAn you please advice

Your can land anywhere in Canada... jsut be sure where you would like to settle after landing...
I mean... research a job market in Canada and act accordingly.. It will be much benificial...

I know your knowledge in this is far more and I might be wrong; but my friend who went thought a lawyer had once mentioned that unless you are a Qu?bec nominee - you cannot land in Qu?bec (only the first time). After that you can land and live wherever you like. So please double check on that please.

No, be careful. you´ll have trouble with the immigration if you decide to land in Montreal. you´ll have to justify it and give good reasons for doing that. they´ll also ask you to provide evidence that you´ll go elsewhere. if someone wanted to live in Montreal (although having previously applied for another province) it´s simple: land in the province to which you applied, then move freely to live in Montreal. But you still have to get that CSQ if you wanted to benefit from the full services available there!

I am Egyptian too and i have applied to QUbec and will land there then move else where if needed depending on markets..its no problem mate...just land in Toronto then move whereever u want...if Egypair doesnt fly to Toronto. try another company i dont even know why do u fancy it!!
