| Subject: wrong info on landing paper |

I have re-applied landing papers for my four family members because I lost the papers, and I recieved the papers yesterday but my daughter´s paper was missing. Also, the date of birth of my son is wrong. I´m very disappointed that I´ve wait for the papers for months, and now I couldn´t the papers are going wrong... Anyway, does anybody know what number should I call or which email should I send? I´ve tried to call the number from the webcite (1888 242 2100) but I think it´s not the right one to call. Anybody please help?

At the landing interview, be it Record of Landing Form or Confirmation of Permanent Residence, immigrants are given an opportunity to review their landing paper to see if everything is correct.
I indicated to the officer that my postal code contained an error, which was the first and last chance to make some corrections on the immigration paper.
Once error, forever error!

Go to the CIC office nearest to you and then make a rquest there for the corrections. it will be done
