| Subject: about the person that the visitor is staying with |

Not really sure how to form the subject in the most clear way :/
Anyways some time ago a friend of mine asked me if his cousin that was comin to visit ,could stay with me for a week,before he gets back from his vacation.
I said ok.I gave him my adress/info just in case if they ask him at the airport where he is stayin. Now no one called me from the airport and he said they did not ask him who he´s stayin with(not sure whether he was telling the truth)
I knew he got a visa for 6 months but due to some circumstances i lost contact with my friend and do not know whether his cousin returned on time or stayed illegally.
Now lets say if he did stay illegally would that have any implications for anyone else that is comin to visit me.
I ask because in two weeks my friend is comin from Poland and i dont want him to have any trouble with the immigration officer.

Years ago, I had a run-in with the immigration on the phone (calling me at work) over a person seeking to enter the country. I was so grilled about the person at the airport that I wondered who was coming to Canada. I am already here!
I never told my so called friend or acquainted that I would come to the airport or he could be welcome to my home.
It´s a very personal matter and I learned to set a clear boundary when it comes to someone who thinks having someone in Canada is an automatic entry to the country.

If your brother robbed a bank would that be held against you?
If you claimed your the sexiest person alive would that be held in favor of your brother?
When a person says their staying with another person and here is their contact details if they do not contact you it would be logical to assume that they believed the visitor.
No one unless they are working at the POE or called would even know if the person (visitor) was even sent into secondary for examination.
