Subject: NOT RECD PR CARD YET...!!
  Hello,

My parents applied for the renewal of their PR Card in the first week of Feb/ 2010. They haven´t recd the new cards yet. The web site says 172 days for those applications recd in the first week. I am really worried as to what to do. Any suggestions, advice will be highly appreciated..
