Why does CBSA get away with their incompetence time and again?
Why should CBSA not be held accountable for months of detention than submitting no evidence?
CBSA claimed they would present (SECRET EVIDENCE) that would show those detained were terrorist but never did.
No evidence but some are released with curfews!!!!
This shoot first and ask questions later mentallity must change.
Labbelling people is so wrong! We can and must do better.

I have 3 minutes before the Big Game so I will make this fast.
I think in the case of refugees that land in this manner, they should be guilty until proven innocent.

Not guilty but they need to be investigated. Their home country provides very little information and CBSA has to rely in other agencies before making a final decision.
It is not just CBSA Roy, there are more than one agency involved in cases like this.
CBSA collects evidence from its own sources and other agencies and makes the final call.
