immigration (in reply to: immigration) Hello Kumar,
The best strategy for you is to include your whole family at the time of submission of the application. In this way, you can get additional points for your spouse´s qualifications. The decision about their accompanying you can be made at the time of the medical examination OR when the visas are going to be issued. If you are concerned about their passports, you can apply under TATKAL scheme and the passports will be issued within 3 days.

(in reply to: immigration) Sandeep- his application is already in and he is coming up short of points.
I don´t think you can start adding people to you application to gain points. It changes your entire application as well as your settlement funds requirement.

Be very careful here. Many people like to bend the Immigration rules here. Some openly say they are breaking them. You are using your real name! They don´t!
All documents are to be submitted at time of submission to the Visa post and he left out documents, WHY?
Does his wife even know he applied for FSW to Canada?
Is he using this woman and abandoniong her & his children? Maybe.
Did his wife sign her schedule 1?
Always look to motive.
Something does not seem right in this posting.
