Hi,
I would like to know that, if I apply for canada immigration and if I get denied in that case can I apply for work permit or not?Bcoz I don´t want to take any risk..

Hi Johny,
Yes, you can apply for a work permit of canada even if you are not successful in your PR application provided the refusal is not based upon security and medical reasons.

Any one can apply for anything.
You need to stop giving false hope and explain your answer.
Two of the main reasons a FSW application would be refused based on points would be Language and Skills.
If the PR applicant failed poorly his IELTS or TEF that would mean he/she is unable to communicate with his co-workers, supervisors etc. if granted a Work Permit! Therefor denied!
If the PR pplicant failed poorly to prove he had sufficent experience in his/her occupation why would the Visa Officer issue a temporary work permit? The applicant would not meet the terms of the TWP. DENIED!!!!
Now because this applicant already applied for PR status would the Visa Officer think he/she would leave at the expiration of their temporary status? Maybe!
Yes there is dual intent but every single issue has to be dealt with to approve someone for TWP´s.

Is there any way to get IELTS out from my way. Bcoz I am a cook. I cook good food in the back of the kitchen...
Also what are the chances of getting work permit for cook??
