Processing time from Islamabad before Feb 08

Subject: Processing time from Islamabad before Feb 08
  Can any one tell me how would it take to process my case from Islamabad as I ahave applied in March 2007 and my case was started on April 08....and one more thing is Islamabad embassy is still processing those cases who applied before Feb 08 or are all the cases are transfered to London, if so who much time Canadian Embassy in London is taking to process the cases.
