I am currently applying for Canadian immigration and i need to ask the following few basic questions:
1. I am little confused about the submission of medical certificates. In one of the forms, 3907e its mentioned
("You and all your family members who are not already Canadian citizens or permanent residents must fill out Appendix C and undergo and pass a medical examination, whether they will be joining you in Canada or not").
What i understand from this is that i need to submit the medical certificates of all of my family members including my father, mother, brothers...but it also gives me impression that they are actually asking to submit the medical certificates of the person whom applying for immigration plus my spouse...please help me and clarify it to me plzzzzz.
2. I dont have any Family name, should i leave that specific space where they have asked for family name?
3. Details of family members in form imm0008egen @ page2. Are they asked for my father, mother and brothers or family means my spouse and my childeren if any
Your urgent response is required please!!!
Regards,

Very simply put (in reply to: Immigration to Canada) 1. Did you get your medical request letter?
If you put down anyone´s name on the immigration form as a company, they must do medical.
2. No family name? No problem. Use a last name.
3. Family members mean spouse and kids under 22.
