I got my AOR letter in january , saying they started processing my application in December.
Now, this might be a dumb question , but I´m just wondering, does all AOR´s say they started processing your application or do some only say they received your application without mentioning being processed allready.

(in reply to: AOR) AOR means that they have receieved your application; checked it over to make sure all their required documents are included; and it can be turned over to an Immigration officer for assessment. They take your money at this point and assign you a file number. The only thing you can be happy about at this moment is that you have filled in your forms correctly! The rest... well sit back, relax, have a nap because it is all about waiting now. Once they start to examine your file you might be asked to send additional documents to clarify something, or to re-state your settlement funds. If you are lucky, you might just sail through. good luck and happy waiting. hang around the forum for a while. we are all in the same boat - waiting!
