hi to all! i have a concern about my work permit application, i been charge before by my previous employer of a criminal case, they said that they have the evidence against me that they can use on the court. but before the trial started i got a free lawyer from the legal aid office and he help me to fight with the case. he told me to undergo this ALTERNATIVE MEASURE PROGRAM i finished the program and i got the court case withdrawn and NO CRIMINAL RECORD. does it mean that i am free from this case already?
and regards to my work permit application, i just wanted to know if this case will going to affect my application for a work permit even though the case was withdrawn? please help me.
