I was a foreign worker awaiting for my PR card after medical my working permit expired. Immigration officer ask me to go back to my home country of origin, Philippines. Officer gave me a voluntary departure. What is my possibility and how long could I re-apply as a foreign worker to work in Canada again. Please reply.
Sincerely yours.

(in reply to: inquiry) CIC gave you a blue form with your picture on it right?
When you left Canada, did you leave within the 30 day period as the officer told you?
Did you leave the Departure Order at the airport?
Assuming that you did everything as requested by the Officer, technically you can apply for a visa the same day you arrived back in the Philippines.
There is nothing that prevents you to doing so.
