Hi E´body, thanx to everybody who takes some time out and post replies....
I got my medicals and passport request at the same time on 5Oct,2004. i sent my medicals the same month and passport with RPRF fee on 4Jan 2005.
I would like to know, how long does it take to get the passport back after stamping.

Medicals I have heard take 3-4 weeks to register in the system. That is about the framework + maybe another week to get your passport stamped and sent back. Really take it around mid or end Feb 2005 as the expected date.
