Subject: federal skilled
  Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a foreign worker. I am only high school graduate back in the Philippines. I work in Alberta almost 4 years with valid working permit and same employer. Today 2010 I am skilled. Will I be qualified to apply for federal skilled under the program? Please reply.

Thanks,

I believe you can apply through the Canadian Experience class after 2 years emplyment in Canada. Somone wrote on a post to me that you can´t apply via the Federal skilled route if you are based in Canada. I´m not sure how accurate that part is. But you can certainly apply via The Experience class.
