Gramatically your sentence is an incomplete sentence!!! It must be shocking and I assume insulting for a canadian like you having those potential immigrants correct your English ... !!!
Subject: ARC is not required. When you enter Canada with your parents as a minor and your parents make a refugee claim which fails. You can not connect your subject and your actual post and pretend that it makes sense !!!!
Do you really have any proper education? Or did you just take a course- to be become an immigration consultant course for 4 months?
