I lived in UKRAINE for more than a year;
Do you know how can I get Police Certificate from UKRAINE?

Contact Ukraianian embassy or consulate office in ur country of residence. Ask for Police clearence certificate or tell them u need a letter on embassy letter head stating that u have no criminal record.
