| Subject: Skilled Appication denied |
We went for an interview last week and Visa denied. Interviewer was very arrogant and could not give us a chance to explain ourselves. Can some appeal or it´s not worth the try.

Let me understand something.
When you went for your interview you claim you were not given a chance to explain things.
You had all the time to explain yourself here so an informed reply could be given but you choose to say the reason for refusal was because it was the other persons fault.
The other person not giving you and your partner time to explain yourselves. Hmmmmmmm The Federal Court Judge´s could really get their teeth in that illogical reason for refusal. There is just so much detailed information in your posting of course appeal it to the Federal Court.

Interviewers are very experiened that:
- they can make judgement on people from their appearance (like a doctor who can make diagnosis by obsereving patient´s gait on entering doctor´s clinic).
- can understand what you want to say from the first words or sentences and ask you not to continue...especially if what you say does not make any sense to them...
- know when people lie or try to cheat...

Don´t worry about PR and what not... be happy where you are and do your best to improve your life there and if you have tie, help others make something out of their lives too..
