Hi!
My aunt has been asking me to decide on immigrating to Canada for quite some time and offered to help us when I get there. So, I decided to look into CIC website and found out that my profession is not among those listed as being needed by Canada (cooks, crane operator, etc.). I am a Telecoms Engineer here in the Philippines.
It was mentioned in the CIC website that I may be qualified if I will be able to get a company in Canada to offer me a permanent job related to my field.
My question is : what would be my chances if I just applied for visa while not having any proof of job offer? My aunt told me that they will support me when I get into Canada. I´d like to see Canada once again and definitely migrate. I was able to visit (tourist) my aunt when I was just a teen.
Thanks!

(in reply to: Immigrant Visa) Ask your aunt to help you to get a job. That´s the best support.
Good luck!
