Subject: need help representative creating problem
  I had hired an representative of CSIC and had got the initial approval from CIO Canada. After the initial approval on feb 01 2010 my representative adopted a fradulent behaviour by not following the clauses of retainer agreement we signed. so i cancelled his representation by mailing the cacellation of representation IMM5476E form to corcerned visa office.

But till now i have sent about more then 70 to 80 emails to concerned visa office in Islamabad email address. but it does not reply to any of my emails in a relevant manner. i ask a question through email and the answer is totally out of context of the question. i have asked them of change of mailiing address, invokation of my representative, reissuance of approval letter that my ex-representative is not given to me and asked for what types of documents to be sent further after the approval letter. They have replied almost 24 times but each time there were no relevant answers to any of my questions.

During my correspondence with canadian visa office in islamabad by mails and by emails. They told me after about 50 emails that the concerned visa office now processing the immigration cases for Pakistan have shifted now to london.

After that i started correpondence with london visa office for Canada through emails and mails. i again mailed the cancellation of representative form IMM5476E to london visa office after mailing it twice at the visa office in Islamabad. The application for cancellation of representative through mail reached the london visa office on 02 June 2010. Again like the islamabad visa office i have emailed the london visa office about 40 to 50 times asking the same questions as i was asking for canadian visa office in Islamabad but they have even entertatined my queries in a relevant manners and they have given abstract answers.

if the time line after the initial approval is 120 days then the date for submission of further documents have already elapsed as i got the initial approval from CIO on Feb 01 2010. but this was because of lack of relevant correspondence from canadian visa office in london (processing the cases for skilled worker from Pakistan) and candian visa office in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Both the canadian visa offices in Islamabad and London process the inquiries through emails and mails and no telephonic conversation is possible as they have a machine that will answer to specific question on the phone

can anyone guide me how to proceed further for my case and how to get the relevant answers to my question from the visa offices and can the delay for submission of further documents will result in cancellation of my application for which i am not responsible .

Well since you never posted who your Authorized Representative of CSIC was I can not be accused of defending someone I know.

There are approximately 1,800 CSIC members and there not all the same, some provide answer after answer promptly and others not so promptly.

Granted you feel that you have been wronged but do you not think that you should look in the mirror? Look in the mirror!

Vitually all CSIC members take payment in Stages when it comes to FSW applications. So you could be considered to not have lived up to your contractual obligations as well!

I have people all the time forget to pay on time as per the contract! You need to understand that if your representative has a good business relationship with the Visa Post you may have caused yourself more harm then good.

Let me get the facts straight regarding your post.

So let me understand this clearly approximately 110 e-mails were sent to the Visa Posts, hmmmmmmm

****Your Immigration Consultant was wrong!

****The Islamabad Visa Post didn´t answer your questions promptly.

****The London Visa Post didn´t answer your questions promptly.

OH I GET IT, you are a pain in the butt.

110 e-mails do you really think that the Visa Post has nothing to do but answer your questions before normal processing times have passed. I bet you cancelled the services of your CSIC consultant because he/she did not answer every single e-mail of yours! How many e-mails did you send your Immigration Consultant??????

Like you did not know that the Islambad Visa Post duties for FSW applications were shut down and transferred to London? Why did you not know that it was on the Canadian Embassy web site and on www.cic.gc.ca site.

Let´s look at the scenario London got a huge bunch of applications from Islamabad and they have to sort through all of them to check status before they start working on the files and day after day you send an e-mail.

What makes you think you walk on water, what about all those married couples waiting in line because someone has to answer your 110 e-mails.

IF CIC still gave out points for personal suitability you Sir would probably get ZERO points.

If you don´t like being told the truth why post a question on a public forum.

All Visa post sites state the following or words similair;

Instructions for making an enquiry…
Choose ONE method of communication: email or mail.

Do not send repeat enquiries and do not send the same enquiry by multiple means because this creates confusion and can delay our reply.

Deep trouble , i have filed case with wife for can immigration after getting file no , i have send all the documents before 120 days now i get a shocking letter that they didnt recive the documents that why my case is closed

any help help , dont know what to do

I need to see the letter you had received from CHC office and more specific facts of your case to offer you next course of action.

Once FSW application is refused, you can go to the Federal Court of Canada to have your negative decision judicially reviewed.

U got 60 days to go to FC to bring the motion, however, before going to FC, I would like to review the merits of the case to see if it is worth pursuing.
