Hi,
My husband is Canadian permanent resident, I am currently in Pakistan and he is in Canada,, we got married in USA while he was on job visa in USA but now for some reason he has to move back, we have one baby boy he is US citizen,, now my husband want to sponsor me but he don´t have any permanent job right now. will it effect my case,, plus what documents will be required and how long does it take from Pakistan to get immigration

Your husband can sponsor you as long as he is not on social assistance (welfare).

Total processing time for the application is approximately 9 to 15 months (approximately one month in the Mississauga office, plus 8-14 months of processing at the Islamabad office).

One more important point.
Since your husband is a PR, he must be living in Canada while your sponsorship application is being processed.

I was told the financial requirements are not required for a family class application. I am also trying to sponsor my spouse from Pakistan to canada.
