Hi. we are new permanent residents living outside Canada for now and our PR cards are being kept by my husband. My child and I escaped UAE from my husband who tried to kill me infront of my child and I have all medicolegal papers from me from UAE police to prove that. Can I use this to present to canadian immigration that my husband is a threat to us and have him banned? I am the principal applicant during our application.Can he accuse me of kidnapping in canadian court when I took my child with me because of fear of his threat that he can slay his child infront of me if he will see something wrong? Please advise!
