I guess it would look like a marriage/relationship of convenience and therefore be denied or worse, you might be both guilty of misrepresentation.

My application stamped September said the quota for my category (Business Management Consulting) was already full. The new requirements from end-June must would have meant fewer people than usual could get papers together so quickly. It was probably filled in a month and it will be faster next year when the requirements are known.
