Subject: decision made

I am kind of worry why decision made so fast. CIC got my doc. on Aug 20 and Aug 31 sent out letter and online said decision made. Is it suppose to be this fast for them to make a decision? the doc. i sent in is complete with med. exam except for the orginal passport. I hope it is not been rejected because is so quick decission made.
