I am ready to submit my documents to Berlin Embassy. Can anybody tell me whether I should submit it using normal post or registered post?

By all means submit your documents by registered post, you don´t want to risk your documents to be lost or anything like that. You will be sure that your documents have arrived, and if they don´t you can trace them.
