I have applied for the Canada Immigration under PR.In the meantime, I have a plan to go to Overseas for three months.I think, they can call me to produce the Medical Documents and orginal Passport of my overseas time.
So, I want to know, how many days are available to submit the medical documents ? and can I submit my Passport when I returned back to my home country?
Please suggest me.

Inform them that you are going outside of country, so they don´t send you any document.
