Subject: permanant residency
  hi..all experienced people, i need your help


i got my pr in 1st september 2008. and cmpleted two years in canada, if i choose to live 3 years outside canada i mean upto september 2010 to september 2013, and come back here in canada in 2013 and renew my pr card and after getting my new pr card go outside canada for another 3 years from 2013 to 2016, and return again in 2016 for two years to maintain my pr , can i do it please help me.

why bother? It is obvious you have no interest in being part of Canada or Canadian society. Simply go live where you want to live and forget the rest.

I know a card collector who does this but hey, it is legal so no big deal! Karen you are perfectly in the right; just make sure you have solid proof about the length of time you spent in Canada. You can return in 2013, get a renew your PR card, hang around 2 years and cruise for 3 three years! You gotta have some dough to be cruising like that! LOL
