I´ve applied for Canadian immigration April 2007; and I´ve sent all document that is asked by Canadian Immigration Officer. But in my application status it is always showing In process only. I´ve my uncle is in Canada and do my Uncle need to do something coz I´ve state his presence in Canada for my Points. Hope to get reply soon.

For Certain class of PR and certain country it says only that your application is IN PROCESS. it will not be saying anything other than this. But, check the application processing time for your country of application and see if your file has gone way over than the mentioned time line; then send an email asking about the file status. DONT FORGET that THEY WILL ONLY REPLY IF YOUR APPLICATION HAS GONE WAY OVER THAN THE MENTIONED TIME. if this is not the case then the best thing you can do is enjoy your current time and wait for the application.
There is a slow and steady way only!

They Says that it will take 36 to 48 months and still I´ve have few more months left.
