What country are you applying from? You know what, in some certain country, if you are married, they will rather you go thru the sponsorship process to gain admission to Canada rather than visiting. Accessing your situation, the immigration officer finds that you will NOT leave Canada once your visitor visa expires, and will be tempted to want to stay with your husband. Hence, they want you to show previous travel to other western countries without violation of your visa terms, and they also want you to show ties back to your home country to return back to continue your immigration processes thats why they need employment prospects and assets. My advise to you.......tell your hubby to put in your sponsorship appication ASAP, cos it will be HARD to enter Canada as a visitor if the visa officer has these much doubt about your eligibility for a visa.

More Information (in reply to: Information regarding Visitor Visa)
Thanks Jay,for your quick reply

I´m from India.

Presently my husband is on his student visa as well he received his off-campus work permit,he is doing part time job.

We are not aware of sponsorship application.

As I received above mention reasons for rejection of my previous application ,I tried to collect all documents which can prove that I´ll be back within given time.

Likewise we deposited few more amount in my bank account,

my parents transferred their property on my name,

I´m having experience of three different sectors
so planning to put all experience letters as well.

I never traveled western country so Wat should I do for this point ,as I was busy in my studies, and later in job.

And in my home country I´m having a good image, working for different NGOS,so to show criminal clearance for native country is not difficult for me.

As part of family ties concern I´m staying with my in-laws after marriage and I have to look after my younger brother and sister and my father´s one property, as my mother is no more and my father is busy with his business,
my husband is the only son of in-laws therefore we have to
come back

Now you pls guide me wat we should do.

Regards,

Neelu Karia

I have known someone who came here on student visa with his wife and his wife had the workpermit to work full time in Canda.

So there is a way other than visitor visa to come to Canada.

Thanks for information ,

But I heard that I´ll get work permit only when my husband received his own.

As well it need offer letter & other documentation like lmo to be done.

But now my purpose of visit is to meet him ,nothing more than that.

So,pls tell me about how should I apply for work permit without job offer letter ,

Or I should try visitor visa again?

Pls help me out I wish to meet him any how.
