I am a skilled foreign worker. I been in Canada for 24 months. I´m still valid until 2011. My employer sold their business. I am not use if they will keep us or not (their employees). I have my Bachelors Degree. My question is will I be able to apply as a caregiver under he program and will i be able to apply for a permanent residence under the live in caregiver program. Please reply.

Hey
I got a question. Hopefully it is simple.
I applied as an skilled worker and think i got approval as they asked me to send my passport. Now i have send the passprot and received visa advising to reenter into canada before january 8. My friends went to USA and reenter into canada. My question is if i go to my home country and stay there for 2 months and come back before january 8( Visa expiry date) Will there be any problem for me to reenter into canada?
