Subject: HELP
  Dear Friends,
I had already received file numbers, from NS(Canada) and New Delhi. I had already submitted all documents to New Delhi on 30/06/2010.
But till date I had not received any reply regading medical or Interview from them.
When I check file status on CIC,it shows my file is under process and nothing else, if any one had submitted documents in June 2010, please tell me whether you received any response from them regarding Medical orInterview or anything like that.
I had applied under previous 38 occupations(4131-Vocational Instructors)
Is there any sourse where, I can get the latest and accurate status of my file, can I approach them or send them any mail????? if yes then when and where??
Thanking you

Shital

Hi Shital,

I know few people, who have sent their paper to NEW Delhi office in April 2010 and May 2010 but they havent heard anything. When they check the status of their file online it says RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE which explains that its pending review.

So have patients. CIC will not answer to your email unless your file is way out of the regular processing time. You can check that on CIC website for India. I think its 6-9 months in general for FSW class who have applied after November 2008.

So enjoy your life while you are there and wait for your turn.

Its only the slow but steady way. No shortcuts available.

No offense. Best luck

Nisha
