Subject: PR app education and experience from back home
I have 4 years of university degree and 3 years of work experience from back home. I just arrived in Canada with a student visa to do my masters. Can i apply for permanent residency with whatever i have from back home? I heard from people no one can apply for permanent residency (skilled worker category) unless they have degree or experience from Canada. Please privide me some information about it.

Thanks

Lisa

•have gained your experience in Canada with the proper work or study authorization
•apply while working in Canada – or – within one year of leaving your job in Canada
•include the results of an independent language test (from an agency designated by CIC) with your application

Is this the same Joss who submitted a Spousal Sponsorship application and wants to withdraw his sponsorship application because something so VITAL was sent in error to the visa post.

Did Joss LIE?

If Joss misrepresented something is it proper to take his advice? Well if the avice is correct I guess so.

Go to www,cic.gc.ca left side To Immigrate then FSW and Professionals, Then who can apply, then scroll down and take the test.
