hello
i would be very grateful for your assistance. here´s my situation. i am currently studying in england for the next 3 years and my fiancee is studying in canada for at least the next 3 years. we have been together 2 years and have been engaged over a year now but have not been living together through our relationship. we are intending to get married as soon as i can move to canada, or before if that is possible. we are also considering a international joint account together, ive heard this would also help as proof of the seriousness of our relationship. but i have no idea which route to follow. i have searched and searched but it is all very confusing. could i apply via the conjugal relationship route? or would it be best to try and get a work place in canada after i have my degree to apply as a skilled worker? or should i apply for a temporary residency visa and temp. work visa? could that mean i could apply for permanent residency and work?? any suggestions will be helpful. i am desperate for information as this long distance thing is hard enough without seeing a clear goal with us being together and living together. thank you for your time
jamie
