Hi all
I received my fill number in April 2010 , and since that time I could not check my application status , as the system in not identifying my fill number , I have tried many times , but it doesn’t work
Did anyone face such a situation b4, if so, please advice

Phone CIC on 1-888-242-2100, press 120, and it will connect you to a calls´ agent. They will guide you thru how to check it. It the phone says your call cannot be transferred to an agent, just keep calling, and you will get thru.
