My dad wants to apply the OAS, however his landing record is lost.
I try to fill out the "Supplement Form IMM5541". The first question is asking if I want to apply for the "Certified True copy" or "Replacement of a Document". My question is which one I should apply for ? "The Certified True copy" OR "Replacment of a Document" ?
