Dear all:
A simple question from me:
I am the family-class sponsor, I live very close to cpc-M (2 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite1200, Mississauga, ON), can I go to send the materials to the office, instead of mailing or couriering it?
Will they accept?

Why would you want to save money on express post and then have no evidence that the application was submitted.
The answer is NO.
