Subject: What is the correct Buffalo processing time???
  Hey Guys,

I know you have posted this topic before but i need to know where to get reliable information as to what the delay is or if not, what is the current processing time for skilled PR applicants. I know most of you guys have posted info based on yogi99 as well as CIC website. Please advice.

Thanks

Jango,

To give you an idea. My case in under spousal sponsorhip, there is a kid involved, and it is supposed to be a "priority" in CIC jargon. Well, It´s been 10 months now and I have not gotten any shit at all. I don´t expect to get my visa tomorrow either. FYI, skilled worker applications take longer to process.

Guys - typically Buffalo is finishing applications in 12-15 months time. Mine is about over and has taken 12 months; could have been earlier but I had delay´s due to securing FBI fingerprint and Medical appointment dates.

So I guess nothing to worry on timeline guys.

It all depends on if you need do interview or waive, worst is under background check.
If you are required to attend interview, they have to transfer files to the office which is close to where you asked for
