I found my CAIPS nothing else except for some interesting computer codes. My BDEC is 1, does this mean I am under Background Check?

don´t try to scare yourself.I kind of believe that CAIPS notes bring us nothing but even more worry about our case.

If you ordered the CAIPS notes and do not have the code, then do a little bit of research in this forum and you will find the answer for your question. Someone posted the whole code yesterday or two days ago, so keep looking in the history or do a little bit of search and you will find your answer.
